Dr. Ariel Gallanosa serves as the Vice President and Medical Director of Make Way 4 Health Medical Center & Compound Pharmacy, where he is committed to elevating patient health and wellness through personalized, holistic care. Board-certified in Aesthetics and Anti-Aging Medicine, Dr. Gallanosa brings extensive knowledge and experience to the practice.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and a Master’s in Cellular and Integrative Physiology, he completed his medical education at Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He further enhanced his skills through postgraduate training at Michigan State University and Southern Illinois University School of Medicine.
Dr. Gallanosa is passionate about understanding his patient’s unique goals and crafting tailored treatment plans to help them thrive. He considers it a privilege to guide individuals on their wellness journey and takes pride in offering care that focuses on long-term, sustainable results.
A Midwest native, Dr. Gallanosa grew up playing Division I tennis and is still a dedicated sports enthusiast, cheering on the Indianapolis Colts and Indiana Pacers.

Alexander Jorge serves as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Make Way 4 Health Medical Center & Compound Pharmacy, bringing over 15 years of comprehensive healthcare expertise to our organization. As a Cuban-American healthcare provider, he brings valuable experience from emergency medicine, hospital care, and specialized surgical settings to serve our diverse patient community.
His extensive background includes working as a first surgical assistant in cosmetic procedures while also developing expertise in weight management, wellness programs, and preventive health services. Under his care, patients receive personalized attention that combines medical excellence with compassionate support.
Prior to joining Make Way 4 Health Medical Center & Compound Pharmacy, Alexander worked in emergency departments and hospital settings, where he honed his skills in critical care and developed a deep understanding of comprehensive patient needs. His approach to healthcare focuses on treating the whole person, combining urgent care expertise with long-term wellness strategies.
